These guidelines apply to everyone on SaathWala: members, companions and our own team. They sit alongside the Terms of Service. When something here is broken, we act on it, and we tell you what we did.

The one-line version. This is companionship for social occasions between consenting adults. Be honest about who you are, respect a "no" the first time, meet in public, and keep other people's details private.

Companionship on SaathWala means attending a social occasion together: a wedding, a reception, a family function, an office party, a concert, a meal or a day out in the city. It does not include anything further.

If you think we got a decision wrong, write to our grievance officer through the grievance process. A different person reviews it.

8. Reporting

Tell us about anything that worries you through the contact page or on WhatsApp. Include the profile name and what happened. We never tell the other person who reported them. If you are in danger, call the police on 112 first.
