This agreement applies to anybody who lists themselves as a companion on SaathWala. It adds to the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, this agreement applies to your listing.
1. What a listing is
Your listing lets verified, paying members find you and, if they choose to reveal it, receive your phone number and WhatsApp. Listing is free. We do not charge companions and we do not take a share of anything a member pays you.
2. You are independent
- You are not our employee, agent, contractor or partner, and nothing in this agreement creates that relationship.
- We do not set your availability, your fees or where you go. You decide whom to meet and on what terms.
- We are not a party to any arrangement between you and a member, and we do not collect, hold or guarantee any payment between you.
- You are responsible for any tax on income you earn, and for any licence your own activity may need.
3. Eligibility and verification
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.
- You must complete identity verification: an Aadhaar document (masked Aadhaar is accepted) or another government ID through support, and a live selfie taken on the device camera. See the Identity Verification Policy.
- Your listing goes live only after our team approves your photographs, your ID and your selfie. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion.
4. Your photographs and details
- Upload only recent photographs of yourself that you have the right to use. No group photos where others are identifiable, no nudity, no heavy filters.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your photographs and listing details inside the service, and a blurred version publicly and in our advertising, for as long as your listing is active.
- We never show your face clearly to anybody who is not a paid, verified member, and we never show your identity document or residential address to anybody.
- Do not put your phone number, social handles or payment details in your bio or photographs.
5. Sharing your contact details
When a paid, verified member reveals your profile, they receive your phone number, WhatsApp and Instagram handle if you added one. You can decline any message or request, and you can pause or delete your listing at any time, which stops further reveals immediately. Numbers already revealed cannot be recalled, but members are bound not to share them and we ban anybody who does.
6. Conduct
- Companionship is for social occasions only. Offering, requesting or accepting sexual services ends your listing permanently and may be reported to the police.
- Be honest about your availability. If you cannot reply, pause your listing. Companions who repeatedly do not reply to members may be removed.
- Treat members respectfully and report any member who breaks the guidelines.
7. Ending the agreement
You may delete your listing at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or remove a listing that breaks this agreement, the terms or the law. When a listing is deleted, we remove your photographs and anonymise your profile as described in the Privacy Policy, keeping only what the law requires.
8. Liability
We verify identities and provide the listing. We do not supervise meetings, and we are not liable for the acts of members or for any arrangement you make with them, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
9. Consent record
When you create your listing you agree to each point of the listing agreement individually. We store the exact wording, the version, the date and time and your IP address. You can ask for a copy of your consent record at any time, and you will be asked again whenever the wording changes.
